Orders marked as “Picked Up” by our 3rd party shipping carrier serves as our release of liability. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages. Please double check your address upon check out for accuracy. We are also not responsible for missing orders marked by the carrier as "Delivered."
